How to Join

Members of TDSRA in good standing will be passported into the new, statutory Tenancy Deposit Scheme.  Those who wish to do so should complete form TDS 11 Declaration by members of TDSRA and a List of Branches and return them to The Dispute Service Ltd by post or as an email attachment.

Other letting agents who wish to apply should complete form TDS 1A Application for membership – Letting agents and return it to The Dispute Service Ltd by post or as an email attachment. Agents who are not affiliated to ARLA, RICS, NAEA, Law Society or NALS must also provide an accountant's letter, details of which are given in TDS 1A - Appendix B.

Landlords who wish to apply should complete form TDS 1B Application for membership - Landlords and return it to The Dispute Service Ltd by post or as an email attachment.
